אשה שרואה דם מחמת תשמיש – מה עושים? מה עושים לאשה שכל פעם שעולה מהמקוה וחוזרת הביתה מתחילה לדמם? רבי התקין תקנה בשדות בגלל שנשים לא ידעו להבחין בין דם נדה/דם זבה או בין צבעים – אם ראתה יום אחד או שניים מחכה עוד ששה ימים ואם ראתה שלושה יושבת שבעה נקיים. ר’ זירא (כמה דורות אחרי רבי) אמר שבנות ישראל החמירו על עצמן שתמיד יושבות שבעה נקיים אפילו אם ראו טיפת דם כחרדל. האם כולם קיבלו את החומרה? ששה הלכות מובאים בשם רבא (חמישה מתוכן בדף הזה). 1. דם חימוד – שבגללה צריכים שבעה נקיים לפני נישואין. 2. אי אפשר לחפוף לפני טבילה עם נתר או חול, שמא תהיה חציצה. 3. חייבים לחוף במים חמים ולא קרים. 4. צריך לנקות בית הקמטים ובית הסתרים – כי כל הראוי לבילה אין בילה מעכבת. 5. מה ההלכה אם לאחר הטבילה מוצאת חציצה – האם צריך לחשוש שהיה שם בטבילה – על פי מה קובעים?

A woman who bleeds from having sex with her husband (meaning, it brings on her period), what does she do? What to do with a woman who each time she leaves the mikveh, she gets her period on the way home? Rabbi Yehuda HaNasi instituted an edict for women who lives in the fields due to concern that they didn’t know how to distinguish between niddah blood and zava blood or between colors of blood. He said that if a woman bled for one or two days, she needs to wait 6 more days before going to the mikveh and if she bled for three days, then she would need to wait seven clean days. Rabbi Zeira (living a few generations later) said that the women were stringent and waited always seven clean days, even if they only saw a tiny spot. Did everyone accept this stringency? Six halachot are brought in the name of Rava (five of them in today’s daf). 1. A woman may bleed in anticipation of the wedding and therefore needs seven clean days leading up to the wedding. 2. One can’t shampoo before going to the mikveh with natron or sand. 3. A woman must shampoo with hot water, not cold. 4. A woman must clean the folds of her body even if the water can’t get there. 5. If one finds dirt after going to mikveh, does one need to be concerned it was there when she went to the mikveh – how does one determine this?
