הפרק הזה חוזרת למקרים של תערובות בפרקים הקודמים אבל דן במקרה שבמקום לעשות כפי שהציעו במשניות שלמדנו, הכהן החליט להקריב איך שהוא רצה. המשניות חוזרות לכל המקרים שדנו בהם כבר ומסבירה מה הדין אם הכהן הקריב כולם למעלה או כולם למטה או חציים למעלה וחצייו למטה? מה אם אשה נדרה להביא גם זוג עופות נוסף לנדר (עם חובתה) ואז הכהן לא הקריב אותם כפי שביקשה? מה אם היא רצתה סוג מסויים של עופות?
This chapter refers back to cases of mixed up birds discussed previously but instead of the priest doing as the mishna suggested, the priest sacrificed them anyway in a particular way- either all above, all below or half half – what is the law in each case? What if a woman committed to also bringing a pair of birds as a voluntary offering and the priest didn’t sacrifice them as she asked. What if she specified which type of bird she wanted?
