The exemption of a poor person for arachin goes by the one who took the vow. The mishna compares this to the case of a poor leper where one vowed to bring the sacrifices on his behalf &#8211; are the cases the same but the laws different or are the cases not comparable? If one was poor at the time of the vow and then became rich or the reverse, how does one pay?
