One can tear out hairs from the animal in order to make room to slaughter the animal even though it is forbidden to shear the animal. Is this connected with the general issue of one who does something that is forbidden but the intent of the act was not to do the forbidden act? If hairs fall off of the animal while it is still alive and then one slaughters it, is the hair permitted (just as slaughtering permits hairs that are on the animal at the time of the slaughter)?<\/p>\n
