{"id":3990,"date":"2017-02-28T09:26:18","date_gmt":"2017-02-28T07:26:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dafyomi4women.org\/daf\/?p=3990"},"modified":"2017-02-28T09:26:18","modified_gmt":"2017-02-28T07:26:18","slug":"bava-batra-37","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dafyomi4women.org\/daf\/2017\/02\/bava-batra-37\/","title":{"rendered":"Bava Batra 37"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If one profits from only 10 out of 30 trees (that are growing in a field of 3 <em>beit seah<\/em>) each year (and each year a different 10), one can still create a <em>chazaka<\/em> on the whole field, both according to the rabbis and Rabbi Yishmael. \u00a0However there are two limitations to this halacha. \u00a0If one sold all one&#8217;s property to two people &#8211; to one the trees and to the other, the land, \u00a0does the one who purchased the trees also acquire the land under\/around the trees. \u00a0How does that differ from one who sold the rights to the trees in one&#8217;s own property?
