{"id":3816,"date":"2016-12-13T09:13:32","date_gmt":"2016-12-13T07:13:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.dafyomi4women.org\/daf\/?p=3816"},"modified":"2016-12-13T09:13:32","modified_gmt":"2016-12-13T07:13:32","slug":"bava-metzia-78","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dafyomi4women.org\/daf\/2016\/12\/bava-metzia-78\/","title":{"rendered":"Bava Metzia 78"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If one tries is selling something and is desperate for the money then the sale isn&#8217;t final until he receives all his money. \u00a0But if he is trying to get rid of bad property, then the sale is final even before he receives all the money. \u00a0The mishna brings cases where one rents an item for a certain purpose and then uses it for a different purpose. \u00a0If the animal died because of the change, the renter is obligated. \u00a0In the first line of the mishna, it seems to imply that the renter is responsible for all cases where a change was made &#8211;
