{"id":3592,"date":"2016-07-26T08:15:02","date_gmt":"2016-07-26T06:15:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.dafyomi4women.org\/daf\/?p=3592"},"modified":"2016-07-26T08:15:02","modified_gmt":"2016-07-26T06:15:02","slug":"bava-kamma-56","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dafyomi4women.org\/daf\/2016\/07\/bava-kamma-56\/","title":{"rendered":"Bava Kamma 56"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A braita is brought that lists damages that one causes to someone else and yet is not obligated by the hands of men but is obligated by the hands of God. \u00a0The gemara then questions why the list is limited to these four and doesn&#8217;t mention others that have the same law. \u00a0A distinction is made between the cases listed here as they are cases where one may have thought one wouldn&#8217;t even be obligated by God and therefore they are different than the other cases brought. \u00a0The next cases in the mishna are analyzed: \u00a0if the gate opens at night &#8211; what is the case?
