contradictory sources relating to Rabbi Yehuda&#8217;s opinion that a man who betroths a woman and knowingly uses <em>maaser sheni<\/em> is valid. \u00a0In the end the contradictions are resolved by assuming that the woman is knowledgeable in the\u00a0halacha and will use the <em>maaser<\/em>\u00a0money properly as opposed to a seller (in the other cases) who won&#8217;t necessarily sue the <em>maaser<\/em>\u00a0money properly. \u00a0Anything that is forbidden to benefit from can&#8217;t be used to betroth a woman. \u00a0The mishna lists all those items and the gemara\u00a0outlines the
